It's got to be very tricky painting developer in the colour darkroom when you can't see anything! I can imagine doing it in the BW darkroom with a safelight on so you can at least work with friendly chemicals and see where the brush is applied.. Was this your only take?
Well this one is a black and white photo with sepia toning. As I recall I did a lot of experimentation with these. I can't remember how many of this shot I did. It's tricky, because it keeps developing until you get it into the fixer. Wish I still had access to a darkroom! I had so much fun working on this series.
